An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. Typically, if an order is received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) in a normal business day* and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 3 p.m. PST, your order will be shipped with the next outgoing shipment batch. We only ship outgoing orders Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 12:00pm. 

If stock is not available in our warehouse, items may be shipped direct from the vendor. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail. Delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
 
SP Leather Sales catalog and Web site are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. SP Leather Sales delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only. If Customers reside outside of the continental US, special accommodation will be made for the delivery of product. Customers must contact SP Leather Sales via email at info@spleathersales.com or phone at 415-586-3300 to order product and arrange delivery. International shipping rates and times will be calculated and customers will be notified via email of the final shipping cost and will be billed accordingly.

Certain SP Leather Sales items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.

*Business days are defined as Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9AM-4PM Pacific time, except holidays. We also have limited phone support Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 8AM-5PM. Shipments are only sent out Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
