If you are not completely satisfied with your SP Leather Sales purchase, please call customer service at 415-586-3300 and they will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided the hide is returned unblemished or uncut and in saleable condition. Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number. On Close out, special order or blemished items, all sales are final. Any Ebay sales are Final. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless an error is made by SP Leather Sales. Verbal Returns are not accepted.
Refund Policy:
There will be a 10% restocking fee for hides returned in unblemished, uncut and saleable condition. All returns must have an RMA number or product will not be accepted. Please contact customer service at 415-586-3300 and an RMA number will be provided to you. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer returning any item to SP Leather Sales. If you paid with cash, debit or credit card, or check, we'll refund your purchase with a check or credit your account. If your purchase exceeded $750 pretax, and you paid with cash, debit card, or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.
